Coverack

Large beach in front of an attractive fishing village with rock pools, sand, pebbles, and streams.  Faces east so sheltered from south-westerlies. 

Plenty of restaurants, cafes & shops if lying I the sun isn't your thing. 

Some surf but better elsewhere.
